Noatak is a migrant to Republic City, originally from the Northern Water Tribe. He's in his early forties, and has dark skin, dark brown hair, and blue eyes. He's tall and muscular, which he'll say comes from years of working on merchant ships. He'll also claim that, unlike others from his world, he is unable to bend one of the four elements.
